How Client-Touch Systems (CTS) Works (3 Easy Steps)

Step 1 (You provide us with CSV file of client data):

  • Work with our onboarding team to identify data rules that you want us to use

  • Upload only data you are comfortable sharing

  • We do not need access to your CRM

  • Keep your data safe

  • Callers never see phone numbers

  • Callers have no way to download data or recordings

  • Typically share:

    • Customer name (how you want us to address them)

    • Birthday month, day

Step 2 (We Make the Calls):

  • Birthday calls are made Mon-Sat 8am-11am (local time) on the person's birthday

  • If a birthday falls on Sunday or an exempt holiday the call is made the day before

  • No calls are made on Sunday, Christmas day or Thanksgiving day

  • We can also block any other days that you do not want calls being made to any household

  • All other calls are made between Mon-Sat 8am-6pm local time

Step 3 (You Track Results):

  • Get real-time notifications for any issues that arise during any client interaction, for example:

    • Client indicates they are displeased with you or your staff

    • Client is no longer at the phone number you provided

    • Client asks to speak with you or your staff directly

    • Clients inquiring about status of new policy application

    • Any other events that you want to trigger real-time alerts

  • Listen to and download call recordings

  • Review and download any written notes

  • View and download any other custom reports that you asked us to manage for you
